Ms. Xu has more than ten years of experience in the field of intellectual property management. She specializes in patent protection related to software, telecommunication, electromechanical engineering, and medical device.
She began her career as a patent attorney at Kangxin in 2014. During this period, she focused exclusively on patent matters for German clients and accumulated extensive experience in patent applications and reexaminations.
In 2020, she joined a medical device company as an in-house IP Counsel. During her tenure as an IPR professional, she led multiple lawsuits for infringement of patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. Several of the litigation cases she handled were selected as model cases by the court. She also established the company’s patent protection system, overseeing FTO analyses and patent strategy for newly developed products.
Since 2025, she has joined Kangrui and now focuses on providing clients with comprehensive patent consulting services, including patent validity assessments, invalidation/ reexamination proceedings, and high-quality patent prosecution.
