The Trademark Talent Pool Enterprise Trademark Management Professional Competency Evaluation Standard (Trial) and the Trademark Talent Pool Enterprise Trademark Management Professional Competency Training Outline (Draft for Comments), prepared by the Talent and Education Committee of the China Trademark Association, have been released and are now open for public comment. The formulation of these standards and outlines is of great significance for strengthening the professional development of trademark practitioners, establishing a scientific, objective, and fair mechanism for evaluating their professional capabilities, and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the trademark industry.
Beijing Kangrui Law Firm, as a member unit of the Talent and Education Committee of the China Trademark Association, also participated in the drafting of both the Enterprise Trademark Management Professional Competency Evaluation Standard and the Enterprise Trademark Management Professional Competency Training Outline of the Trademark Talent Pool.
