The Trademark Talent Pool Enterprise Trademark Management Professional Competency Evaluation Standard (Trial) and the Trademark Talent Pool Enterprise Trademark Management Professional Competency Training Outline (Draft for Comments), prepared by the Talent and Education Committee of the China Trademark Association, have been released and are now open for public comment. The formulation of these standards and outlines is of great significance for strengthening the professional development of trademark practitioners, establishing a scientific, objective, and fair mechanism for evaluating their professional capabilities, and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the trademark industry.

Beijing Kangrui Law Firm, as a member unit of the Talent and Education Committee of the China Trademark Association, also participated in the drafting of both the Enterprise Trademark Management Professional Competency Evaluation Standard and the Enterprise Trademark Management Professional Competency Training Outline of the Trademark Talent Pool. The firm has played an active role in advancing the professionalization and standardization of trademark talent management. Relying on her profound expertise in trademark law and extensive practical experience, Kangrui partner Gloria Wu provided insightful and practical recommendations during the drafting process through in-depth analysis and precise refinement of trademark talent management practices. In addition, due to her remarkable achievements and broad influence in the trademark field, Gloria Wu has been appointed as a Senior Advisor to the Trademark Talent Pool. She will continue to apply her professional knowledge and industry experience to provide strategic guidance on development strategies, training plans, and evaluation systems, contributing to the cultivation of high-quality and highly specialized trademark management professionals, and supporting the vigorous development of China’s trademark undertakings.
