Tong Yanyan holds an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. in Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University of China. With more than a decade of experience in trademark and IP litigation, she has handled a large number of administrative trademark cases, including oppositions, invalidations, and other rights-confirmation matters. She has successfully assisted clients in obtaining recognition of well-known trademark status through both administrative and judicial channels.
